diagnostic rate

The price for us to diagnose what is causing your plumbing problem before work is started. Price will be waived from bill if work is approved.
HOURLY RATE

One hour labor charge. After the first hour we charge by the half hour!
After Hours/Emergency Hourly Rate

One hour labor charge for after hours and emergencies.

What we charge to install customer supplied fixtures.

This price covers the labor to install your faucet up to code. (replacing shut off valves will change price)
Customer supplied toilet

This price covers the labor and company supplied materials used to install your toilet up to code. (replacing a broken flange or a shut off valve will change price)
customer supplied garbage disposal

This price covers the labor and company supplied materials used to install your garbage disposal up to code.
customer supplied tank water heater
$525.00
This price covers the labor and company supplied materials used to install your tank water heater up to code. (garage only, other locations will change price)
Customer supplied water filtration

This price covers all labor and company supplied materials to install your customer supplied water filtration system.
This price is for homes already plumbed with a water softener loop and drain. (Homes without a water softener loop and drain will need an estimate created for accurate pricing.)
Drain cleaning rates
What we charge to clean out your drains of stoppages and restore proper drainage.
Main line stoppage
$215.00/hr
This price covers accessing your drain through a clean out and running the proper equipment to clear your stoppage. (If toilet needs to be removed for drain access, material prices will be an extra cost)
Kitchen/bathroom stoppage
$215.00/hr
This price covers accessing your kitchen and/or bathroom drains to run the proper equipment to clear your kitchen or bathroom stoppage.
Septic Tank assessment
$200.00
If your home is on a septic system it will be located, the lid will be dug up and removed, and it will be inspected to ensure it is not the cause of your stoppage before drain cleaning is performed. (If your septic tank is clear and a drain machine needs to be ran, our hourly stoppage rate will be applied)
roof access fee
$75.00
This price covers getting on the roof to run the proper equipment to clear your stoppage and will be added to the hourly rate of a drain clearing call.

Gause & Sons Plumbing Co. 🌼 was started with a simple purpose: to build honest customer relationships, serve our community well, and provide quality plumbing at a fair and proper price.
That is the way I was raised by my father in his plumbing company, and that is the same standard I plan to carry forward in mine.

The daisy in our logo is in honor of Daisy Mae, my best friend and loyal four-legged companion. I was blessed to have her by my side for eight years of my adult life, and she left a lasting mark on my heart. When starting this company, I knew I wanted to carry her memory forward.
